Who buys from us in quantity
- Builders, landscapers and property managers. Fly screens, window screen kits and door curtains for several openings, garden edging by the run, and bird control for a roof line or a balcony.
- Schools, childcare centres and councils. Fly screens, play equipment and garden tools, often bought to a budget set at the start of the year.
- Aged care, healthcare and accommodation providers. Bathroom and mobility aids, bedding and pillowcases, bought for a number of rooms at once.
- Online resellers and gift shops. Repeat quantities of the lines that sell, such as silk pillowcases, scarves and sleepwear, quoted against a schedule you supply.
What a quote covers
- Quantity. The unit price moves with the number, so the number is the first thing to tell us.
- The mix. A quote across several products is usually better than several separate ones, because delivery works out differently for one consignment.
- Timing. Standard orders are dispatched within 2 working days and then take up to 7 working days by tracked courier. If you need a large order by a date, say so at the quote stage and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
- Delivery. Included in the quote for the whole order, not added per line.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a trade price list?
No. Prices for quantity depend on the products, the number and the delivery address, so every wholesale order is quoted on request. Use the form on this page or email theteam@buyfactorydirect.com.au.
What can I order in quantity?
Any product we hold in our warehouse: fly screens, window screen kits and door curtains, garden edging and lawn tools, bird control, silk and satin bedding and sleepwear, scarves, bathroom and mobility aids, bike accessories and the rest of the range on this site.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no fixed minimum. A wholesale quote makes sense once you need more than a handful of one product, or a mix of products for a fit-out. For smaller orders, the shop prices and the free delivery over $99 usually work out best.
Where do you dispatch orders from?
From our own warehouse stock. Our team picks and packs each order and sends it by tracked courier.
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders are dispatched within 2 working days and then take up to 7 working days by tracked courier. A large order is quoted with its own lead time, so tell us if you need it by a date.
Is delivery included in a wholesale quote?
Yes. The quote covers delivery for the whole order to the postcode you give us, not a charge per line.
Can I return part of a wholesale order?
Returns on a quoted order are agreed in the quote, so ask before you order. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to every order: if anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we repair, replace or refund it.
How do I pay for a wholesale order?
We send the quote by email with the payment details. Card payments go through Stripe or PayPal, the same secure checkout as the shop.
