The sensor is the part worth having: it reads the ambient light and turns the output up or down on its own.
That is what makes it easy going from dusk into full dark, or in and out of a tunnel.

The beam reaches up to 150 metres and spreads across 85 degrees.
The battery is 2200 mAh, charges in about 3.5 hours over micro USB and runs up to 72 hours depending on the mode.
A front light does two jobs and they pull in different directions: showing you the road, and showing you to other people.
A high-intensity LED with a 150 metre range covers the first, which is what you need on an unlit lane. The 85 degree spread covers the second.
The infrared sensor is the feature people notice. It saves reaching for a button on a road that keeps changing, and it saves battery when the light is not needed.
72 hours is a headline figure at the lowest setting, as it is on every light. On strong beam it will be a small fraction of that, and we would rather say so than let the number stand alone.
IPX6 handles heavy rain. The mount takes bars 20 to 30 mm across and releases in one movement, so the light comes with you when the bike does not.
